I recently had a bad experience with Toll, who had used Boonah Carrying as a forwarder. Toll mucked me around for weeks because they lost one of the pallets, which caused me a lot of grief and bad will from my customer. They had taken days … More and still weren't responding with any updates, which meant they either couldn't find it or couldn't be bothered looking for it. I made 1 phone call to Boonah Carrying and my issue was resolved in 5 minutes! Highly recommend this company if you want some care factor in your freight situation. I was treated with good old fashioned courtesy, this company clearly values their clients, unlike the big companies who couldn't care less!
